الإبلاغ عن خطأ بيولوجي

إن لاحظت معلومة طبية أو تشريحية غير دقيقة في أحد النماذج أو في الشروحات المرافقة، نرحّب بتنبيهك. أرفق في رسالتك:

• اسم النموذج المعني (مثلاً: الدماغ، الخلية النباتية).
• وصف الخطأ بدقّة، ومصدر علمي إن أمكن.
• لقطة شاشة إن كان الخطأ بصرياً.

أرسل البلاغ إلى: [email protected] مع كتابة "بلاغ عن خطأ بيولوجي" في عنوان الرسالة.

المشاكل التقنية

إن واجهتك مشكلة في تحميل نموذج، أو خلل في العرض، أو سلوك غير متوقّع في الاستوديو، أرسل التفاصيل (المتصفّح، الجهاز، خطوات إعادة المشكلة) إلى: [email protected].

اقتراح عضو أو خلية جديدة

هل تودّ رؤية عضو معيّن أو خلية محدّدة في المكتبة؟ شاركنا اقتراحك مع توضيح:

• اسم العضو أو الخلية بالعربية والإنجليزية إن أمكن.
• السياق التعليمي الذي ستستخدم النموذج فيه.
• أي مرجع علمي يساعدنا على بناء النموذج بدقّة.

عنوان مقترح للرسالة: "اقتراح نموذج جديد"، إلى: [email protected].

طلب يخصّ الخصوصية

إن رغبت في الاستفسار عن البيانات التي قد تُجمَع أثناء استخدامك للموقع، أو طلب حذف ما يخصّك، راسلنا على [email protected] مع عنوان رسالة "طلب يخصّ الخصوصية". لمزيد من التفاصيل، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

Reporting a biology error

If you spot a medical or anatomical inaccuracy in any model or its accompanying text, we welcome the heads-up. Please include in your email:

• The name of the model in question (e.g. brain, plant cell).
• A precise description of the error, with a scientific source if possible.
• A screenshot if the issue is visual.

Send the report to: [email protected] with the subject line "Biology error report".

Technical issues

If you run into a loading problem, a rendering glitch, or unexpected behavior in the studio, send the details (browser, device, steps to reproduce) to: [email protected].

Suggest a new organ or cell

Would you like to see a specific organ or cell added to the library? Share your suggestion and include:

• The name of the organ or cell in English (and Arabic if possible).
• The teaching context you would use the model in.
• Any scientific reference that would help us build it accurately.

Suggested subject: "New model suggestion", to: [email protected].
